DELIVERY

App subscriptions: The app description will be delivered in the form of an access code via email on the release day of the Equalista app in the google play store and the Apple app store. The code will be delivered to the email address that has been provided in the order process.

Physical goods: Delivery of your order is free of charge. Deliveries are made by DHL or their logistics partners in the target country. The average delivery time can vary depending on the shipping country. The average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 days, for Europe 3-5 days and for world shipping 8-14 days.

For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), 19% VAT is included in the invoice amount.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the invoice amount does not include VAT. The correct net amount is specified during the order process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods. 

CANCELLATION

App subscription: In case you’ve changed your mind, you can send us a cancellation email to shop@equalista.com within the next 14 days after purchasing the app subscription.

RETURN
Physical goods: In case you do not like an ordered product, you can send it back to us within the next 14 days after receiving your order (according to the defined deadlines in our terms and conditions). Please contact us at shop@equalista.com to receive detailed instructions. 

COMPLAINT

If you want to send back a product due to a defect, you can do so within the next 14 days after receiving your order (according to the defined deadlines in our terms and conditions). Please contact us at shop@Equalista.com to receive detailed instructions.

LIABILITY

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental destruction, accidental damage or accidental loss of the goods is transferred to the customer at the point in time when the goods are delivered to the customer or if the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases liability is transferred to the customer when the goods are released to the delivery company.
