Equalista Coaching.
Many people have done our workshops or used the Equalista app and want to go deeper. If you’re one of them, maybe our 1:1 coaching offering is for you. In a coaching session, we have time to talk about your individual situation and develop solutions together. Depending on your situation and question, we offer both one-off sessions and working together over a longer period of time. In our first session, we’re figuring out the best way to collaborate based on your needs and wants.
What is peer coaching?
“Coaching helps a person change in the way they wish and helps them go in the direction they want to go.”
(ICC – International Coaching Community)
The term coaching is not a protected title, and it is important for us that you understand what we’re offering. We are not certified coaches but have 5 years of experience helping people navigate gender equality questions. We see coaching as co-creation and bring our expertise and experience to equip and empower you to find your own answers. A peer coaching session might be for you if you want to
- tap into our experience to reach your goals
- feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward
- learn our tried and tested tools and interventions
- hear another perspective
- test ideas and challenge yourself
- just hear our advice and opinion.
Please note that we cannot give legal advice and that coaching is no substitute for psychological help or therapy.
